Track full truckload shipment
Full Truckload (FTL) service at Envia.com includes GPS-equipped units, allowing you to track the truck's location in real time, know the progress of the route and visualize the estimated delivery time.
Track FTL shipment
- Log in to your Envia.com account.
- Go to the section My shipments.
- Locate the guide with FTL service you wish to track.
- Click on the three dots icon (Actions).
- Select Track service.
A screen will open with real-time tracking. You will also be added to a WhatsApp group where you will receive hourly updates, or you can request them at any time.
ℹ️ Tracking is automatically updated with the information sent by the truck's GPS.
Factors that may affect delivery
Although the routes are optimized, there are external situations that could modify the arrival time:
