FAQ

Why don't I see the option to cancel a shipment? Cancellation is only available for shipments with a status of "Generated" or "Error." If the carrier has already scanned the package, it cannot be canceled through the platform.

What happens to a archived shipment? It moves to the "Archived" tab and disappears from the main view. You can unarchive it at any time or permanently delete it from that tab.

Can I download all my shipments to Excel? Yes. Select the shipments and use Export CSV from the bulk actions bar. For complete monthly reports, go to My Shipments > Reports.

What is the manifesto? This is a document that lists all the packages you hand over to the shipping company during a single pickup. Some shipping companies require it when you drop off your packages.

Can I customize which columns appear in the table? Yes. Use the columns icon in the upper-right corner of the table to enable, disable, and reorder columns. Your settings will be saved for future sessions.
