Receive alerts about your shipments

When a package changes status, your customers want to know. And when there is a problem with an order, you also want to find out before the customer contacts you.

Envia.com notifications do that automatically. These alerts are internal control only. The email arrives to you or your team.

They help you find out in the moment what is happening with your shipments: if an order arrived, the label was created, the carrier picked it up, or if there was an error. They are configured in Notifications, on the For you tab.

  1. Sign in to your Envia.com account
  2. Go to Notifications.
  3. Select the For you (Internal alerts) tab.

Inside this For you tab there are two sections:

Section What you do here
Settings You turn on or off who receives the internal email and which alerts go out
History You see the history of all internal emails sent

In the Recipients section you will see the list of people in your company who can receive notifications. Each person has an Email option you can turn on or off individually.

In the Additional Recipients section you can add external emails or people who do not have an account on the platform but need to receive certain alerts.

Only the Super Admin can add recipients.

Below Recipients, you will find the Orders and Shipments section, where you can enable the type of event you want to receive for each one.

Check whether the internal notification was sent

Section titled “Check whether the internal notification was sent”

Open the History tab.

The table shows Customer, Notification, Channel, Tracking number, and Date. If none have gone out, you will see We have not sent any notifications yet.

If there is a number next to History, there are unread alerts. If the list is long, use the arrows to change pages.
