Steps to set up an email

  1. Go to the section Buyer experience > Personalized emails
  2. Click New Email to create a new template
  3. Select a base template to customize
  4. Set up your template
  5. Customize the design to reflect your brand identity
  6. Perform a test send to ensure everything is correct
  7. Click Save to activate the template and start using it.
