Personalized emails

With our powerful tool, you can improve communication with your customers and provide them with relevant information about their shipments through personalized emails, here is how to do it:
Steps to personalize my emails
- Access envia.com and go to Buyer experience > Personalized emails
- Click New, and select a template to customize to your business.
- In General settings, do the following;
- Country / Destination This email will be sent to customers in selected countries
- Delivery Status. The email will be sent every time the status changes
- Stores. The email will be sent to the selected stores
- Notify the sender. In this section you can select whether you want to receive a copy of the original email associated with the creation of the shipment every time the status changes
- Status Activate or deactivate the emails that will be sent to your clients.
- Test yourself by sending an email to yourself with the Test mail button to make sure everything is in order.
- Save the changes.
This way, you will be able to interact effectively with your customers and provide them with the information they need in a personalized way.
