Envia.com is a logistics platform that connects online stores with various shipping carriers. If you purchased something from a store that uses Envia.com, you can check the status of your shipment here.

ℹ️ Envia.com is not a shipping company. We act as an intermediary between the store where you made your purchase and the carrier delivering your package. If you have questions about your order, you’ll need to contact the store where you made your purchase directly—they are the ones who can provide you with information and resolve any issues.

How to Track Your Package

  1. Go to the tracking page
  2. Enter your tracking number in the search field
  3. Click Tracking

ℹ️ What is my tracking number? It's the number provided by the store where you made your purchase—usually in your purchase confirmation email or in your order history. It is not your order number.

What You'll See When You Search

Once you enter the tracking number, you'll see:

  • Assigned carrier: the courier service delivering your package (FedEx, DHL, Estafeta, etc.)
  • Shipping Information: origin, destination, and dimensions of the package
  • Timeline: Shipping status: Order created, Picked up, In transit, Being delivered, Delivered
  • Event History: chronological record of each movement of the package, including the date and time

Shipping Status

StatusWhat does it mean?
Order createdThe guide was generated, but the package has not yet been picked up
CollectedThe courier service picked up the package, and it's already on its way
In TransitThe package is being moved between distribution centers
In distributionThe package is on its way today
DeliveredThe package was delivered to the address
Failed attemptThe delivery service tried to deliver the package but was unable to do so; a new delivery appointment may be required
IncidenceA problem has occurred that requires attention
CanceledThe shipment was canceled

Having trouble with your shipment?

  • The tracking information hasn't appeared yet. It may take a few hours from the time the waybill is generated until the carrier records the shipment. If it was just created, wait a few hours and try again.
  • The status has not changed for several days. Contact the store where you made your purchase. They can contact the shipping company for more information.
  • The package shows as delivered, but you didn't receive it. First, check to see if someone at your address received it or if it was left in a safe place. If you can't find it, contact the store—they're the ones who can file a claim with the carrier.
  • The tracking number is not recognized. Make sure you're entering the correct number and that it doesn't contain any extra spaces. If the problem persists, contact the store to confirm the tracking number assigned to your order.

⚠️ Important: Envia.com does not have access to your order's personal information and cannot modify, cancel, or redirect shipments. For any issues regarding your shipment, please contact the store where you made your purchase.
