Notifications and Shipment Tracking / Set up notifications
Customize tracking page
Table of contents
When your customer wants to know where their package is, the tracking experience is part of your brand. Instead of sending them to the carrier's generic page, you can create a tracking page with your logo, colors, banners, and even featured products—all within Envia.com.
Your customers enter their tracking number and view the shipment status on a page that looks like it's yours, not the shipping carrier's.
Go to Shopper Experience > Tracking Page to access this section.
How It Works
You can set up multiple tracking pages: one for each destination country, one for each e-commerce store, or a general one for all your shipments. The system automatically displays the page that matches the shipment's origin and destination.
⚠️ If you set up a page for a specific store only (e.g., Shopify), shipments created manually through the platform will not have that page assigned to them. Be sure to also create a general page to cover those cases.
Create a new tracking page
Log in to your Envia.com account.
2. Go to Shopper Experience > Tracking Page
3. Click "New Tracking Page"
4. A selection menu with pre-designed templates will open. Choose the one that best matches your brand's style and click Select.
💡 You can change the template at any time in the editor using the button Change Template, without losing your content.
5. Before editing the design, fill in the configuration fields:
- Description: An internal name to identify this page (e.g., “Mexico Tracking – Shopify”). It is not visible to the customer.
- Country of destination: The countries where this page will be displayed. If you select “All,” it applies to any destination.
- Stores: The e-commerce platforms where this page will be available (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
ℹ️ If you select specific stores, the platform will notify you that you need to create a separate page for general shipments. A page configured for Shopify only will not be displayed in shipments created manually from Envia.com.
6. Use the editor to customize each section. In the right-hand panel, you'll find the available content blocks:
| Block | What is it used for? |
|---|---|
| Tracking | The tracking component. Required; displays the shipment status |
| Title | Headings with control over font, size, color, and alignment. Includes AI-powered suggestions |
| Paragraph | Text blocks for descriptions or personalized messages |
| Image | Upload your own images with size and alignment controls |
| Carousel | Sliding Image Gallery |
| Button | Buttons with links to direct customers to your store or another page |
| Columns | Organize content into columns for more complex layouts |
| Divider | Separator lines to organize sections |
| Menu | Navigation bar with customizable links |
| Video | Embed videos directly on the page |
| Social Media | Icons with links to your social media accounts |
| Table | Content in table format |
ℹ️ The block Tracking It's the only one you can't remove; it's the core of the page. The rest are optional, and you can arrange them however you like.
7. Click Save in the upper-right corner when your design is ready.
Share your tracking page
Once you've saved your page, the "Tracking Link" button in the main section gives you two options for sharing it:
- Web link. A direct URL that you can share with your customers or include in emails and other communications:
https://envia.com/es-MX/tracking?company=XXXX
- Embed on your website. An iframe code to embed the tracking page directly into your store or website, so customers can track their orders without leaving your page.
💡 An iframe is ideal if you have an online store and want the tracking to take place within your own site, without redirecting the customer to Envia.com.
FAQ

What happens if I don't have any pages set up? Tracking will continue to work, but it will display the generic Envia.com page, without your brand or customization.
Can I edit a page that has already been published? Yes. Go to the list of pages, select the one you want to edit, make your changes, and save.
Does the tracking page work on mobile devices? Yes. The templates are responsive and automatically adapt to any screen size.
