When activated, the cost and shipping time are automatically calculated and displayed directly in the publication when the buyer enters his zip code in the platform.

⚠️Prerequisite to activate ME1. You must have the ME2 mode active in your Mercado Libre account before you can enable ME1. Both modes must be active at the same time, but ME2 will always be your preferred shipping mode.
ME1 Activation Process
Activating ME1 requires collaboration with the seller’s Sales Advisor or Key Account Manager (KAM). Follow these steps to activate ME1:
2. Enable the Auto Quote option in the store checkout and enable the estimated delivery dates.
3. Click on the +Add Packages button.
4. Select the package corresponding to your country.
5. Download the contingency table. This table defines the shipping costs for ME1 and the geographic regions where you plan to ship.
6. Once the table is completed, request the activation of ME1 to your commercial advisor of Mercado Libre or Ecommerce Expert of Envia.com.
7. The Envia.com team will send the activation request to the Mercado Libre team. This process may take approximately 7 working days from the date of application.
8. After this time, check the status of your application to confirm that ME1 is active.
Product co-engineering for ME1
Once ME1 is active and approved by Mercado Libre, the last step is to enable the products that will use this modality so that the cost is correctly displayed at checkout.
2. Click on the product you want to activate as ME1.
A panel will open on the right side of your screen. Enable the ME1 option in the logistics section.
When your customers want to buy the products enabled as ME1, the shipping cost will be quoted in real time according to their destination address and will be shown directly in Mercado Libre.

Yes, if you want the shipping to be shown at no cost to the buyer, you can configure it as follows:
1. When downloading the contingency table, set the value 0 in the shipping cost column for the corresponding rates.
2. In the Auto Quote section of your store checkout, set up a rate rule with a 100% discount on the shipping cost.
