Steps to integrate my Mercado Libre store

  1. Visit envia.com and go to Ecommerce Pro > Connect Store
  2. Click the Integrate my ecommerce button and select Mercado Libre.
  3. Enter the name of your Mercado Libre store and the country to which it belongs, then click continue.
  4. Accept the permissions that our application needs. Check the box and click Continue.
  5. Authorise our Envia Shipping application to connect to your Mercado Libre shop by clicking the Authorize this application button.
  6. Once the connection is authorized, you will be redirected to envia.com. If this does not happen, click on the link that will appear on the screen.
  7. Verify your email address registered on envia.com and click Continue.

Done! Your Mercado Libre store is now integrated with Envia.com.

Permitted Dimensions for ME1

  • Mexico (Paquetexpress)
    • Maximum weight: 68 kg
    • Dimensions: between 150 cm (59.05 in) and 500 cm (196.85 in)

It is recommended to register dimensions accurately to avoid potential issues.

ME1 Activation Process

Activating ME1 requires collaboration with the seller’s Sales Advisor or Key Account Manager (KAM). Follow these steps to activate ME1:

  1. Complete the Contingency Table: Define shipping costs for ME1 and specify the geographic regions where you plan to ship.
  2. Request Activation: Once the table is complete, request ME1 activation from your sales advisor, including details about the dynamic freight integrator if available.
  3. Submit Request: The advisor will send the activation request to the internal team, which may take approximately 7 business days from the request date.
  4. Tracking: After this time, check the status of your request to confirm that ME1 is active.

Important Notes

  • Sales Advisor Required

To activate ME1, you need support from a Sales Advisor. If you do not have one, contact us for representative information in your country.

  • Condition for Activating ME1

You must have the ME2 modality active on your account to enable ME1. Both must be active, but ME2 will always be your preferred shipping option.
