Would you like to compare prices from different shipping carriers before creating your shipping label? The envia.com quote tool lets you instantly check rates from multiple providers, including estimated delivery times and special rates for businesses—all from a sidebar without leaving the platform.

How do I open the quote calculator?

The quote generator opens as a sliding side panel. You can access it from:

• The calculator icon in the top navigation bar
• The side menu selects Quote > Get a Quote

Steps to quote a shipment

1. Open the calculator by clicking the calculator icon or selecting it from the side menu.
2. In the field Origin, search for and select the packet's destination address.
3. In the field Destination, search for and select the delivery address.

ℹ️ If you have favorite addresses Based on the settings in your account, the "From" and "To" fields are automatically filled in. You can edit them by clicking the edit icon ( ✏️ ) or clear them by clicking the ( ✕ ) icon.

4. Enter the package's dimensions and weight:
   • Length, width, and height (in cm)
   • Weight (in kg)

5. Click Quote.
6. The available rates will appear in the right-hand panel as you browse the different providers. Review the options and select the one that best suits your needs.
7. When you select a shipping carrier, you'll be directed to the shipping label generation process to confirm the details and complete the shipment.

ℹ️ If the source or destination address has incomplete information (name, street, or number), the platform will ask you to fill them out before continuing with the generation.

Price History

Within the same panel, you can view your recent quotes in the History tab. You can also access your complete history from Quote > Price History.

Don't have an account?

You can get a quote without registering by using the public quote tool on envia.com. All you need is your package information to see your options. However, creating an account allows you to save shipments, access special rates, and generate shipping labels directly.

Recommendations

• Use the favorite addresses to save time on frequent quotes. You can set them up at Settings > Addresses.
• Use the exact package dimensions to avoid discrepancies between the estimated cost and the actual cost.

FAQ

Is the quoted price the same as the price charged when the shipping label is generated? The quoted price is an estimate based on the package details. The final cost may vary if differences in weight or dimensions are detected at the time of shipment.

Can I save a quote to use later? Yes. Recent quotes are automatically saved in the dashboard history and in the section Get a Quote > History.
