Cancel label

If you created a shipping label and no longer plan to use it, you can cancel it directly from your account. The amount will be automatically refunded to your envia.com balance. You can also cancel multiple shipping labels at the same time.

When can I cancel a waybill?

The cancellation option It is only available as long as the guide has not been used. If the package has already been scanned or is in transit with the shipping carrier, you may no longer be able to cancel it through the platform.

ℹ️ If you need to cancel a waybill that has already been picked up or scanned, please submit a support ticket so our team can assist you.

Cancel an individual guide

  1. In the left-hand side menu, go to Shipments > My Shipments.
  2. Find the guide you want to cancel.
  3. Click the three-dot icon ( ⋮ ) in the Actions column.
  4. Select Cancel.
  5. Confirm the action in the modal window that appears; you'll see the tracking number for the waybill you're about to cancel.

ℹ️ The cancellation is processed automatically. Within a period of no more than 24 hours You'll see the refund reflected in your balance.

Cancel several guides at the same time

You can also cancel multiple guides in a single step:

  1. In My shipments, select the guides you want to cancel by checking the corresponding boxes.
  2. In the bulk actions menu, select Cancel.
  3. Confirm the action.

Verify that the refund was applied

Once the cancellation has been processed, you can confirm it in two ways:

  • Badge on the table: The guide will display the badge Refund with the refunded amount and the date listed directly in the status column.
  • Cancel Tooltip: When you hover over the status of the canceled guide, you'll see the date it was canceled and the name of the user who canceled it—which is helpful if your account has multiple users.

Automatic cancellation of unused labels

The guides that are not used within 60 days They are automatically canceled, and the amount is refunded to your account without you having to do anything.

How does it work?

  • The pass is automatically canceled after 60 days of inactivity.
  • The refund is applied to your balance immediately.
  • You will receive a notification with the list of tours canceled that day.
  • In My shipments You'll be able to view each canceled tour, its expiration date, and the reason for cancellation.

ℹ️ We recommend that you periodically check your active guides to prevent them from expiring without being used.

FAQ

How long does it take for the refund to appear? The refund will be processed within 24 hours. Once processed, the amount will be credited immediately to your account on envia.com.


Can I cancel a shipment that has already been picked up? If the shipping carrier has already scanned or picked up the package, the cancellation option may not appear. In that case, contact support by submitting a ticket to process the cancellation manually.


Why don't I see the option to cancel in some guides? This option appears only for tours that can still be canceled based on their current status. Tours that have been delivered, are in advanced transit, or have already been canceled do not display this option.


Who can cancel guides in my account? Any active user with access to "My Shipments" can cancel waybills. In the cancellation view, you'll see the name of the user who performed the action and the exact date.


Can I restore a canceled reservation? No. Once a shipping label has been canceled, it cannot be reactivated. If you need to ship the package, you'll need to generate a new shipping label.
