Add addresses and packages
Saving your addresses and packages allows you to get quotes and generate shipping labels faster, without having to enter the same information every time. You can register multiple origins, destinations, and package types in the Settings section.
Steps to add addresses and packages
- Log in to your Envia.com account
- In the side menu select Settings
- From there, you can access:
- Directions → Origins: the locations from which you ship your orders.
- Directions → Destinations: the locations you frequently ship to.
- Packages: the sizes and weights of the packages you usually use.
Source Addresses
- Go to Settings > Addresses > Origins.
- Click Add records.
- Fill out the form:
- Full name
- Company (optional)
- Email (optional)
- Phone
- Country
- Address and suite/apt number
- Zip code and city
- State and tax id
- RFC (optional, for Mexico)
- Address Reference (optional)
- Alias (optional — a short name to easily identify it)
- Active Bookmark if you want this address to be the default in your quotes.
- Click Save.
ℹ️ You can also use Analyze with AI To automatically fill out the form using voice or image input, the same process described in the "Destinations" section applies here.
Bulk Import of Sources via CSV
If you have a lot of addresses, you can import them all at once:
- In the "Origins" section, click on Upload Records via CSV.
- Download the template, fill in all the required fields, and save the file.
- Select the file and confirm the upload.
Destination Addresses
Add a destination address
- Go to Settings > Addresses > Destinations.
- Click Add records.
- Fill out the form using the same fields as in Orígenes (name, company, email, phone number, country, address, alias, etc.).
- Active Bookmark if applicable.
- Click Save.
Analyze Direction Using AI
When adding a destination address, you can use the option Analyze with AI To fill out the form automatically:
- Voice: Say the address out loud, and the AI will automatically fill in the fields.
- Image: Upload or take a photo of the address (label, card, document), and the AI will interpret it.
Review the extracted fields before saving to confirm that the information is correct.
Bulk Upload of Destinations via CSV
The same process as before: click on Upload Records via CSV, download the template, fill it out, and upload it.
Packages
Add a package manually
- Go to Settings > Packages.
- Click Add records.
- Complete the fields:
- Package name
- Content
- Unit of measurement (kg/cm or lb/in)
- Dimensions: length, width, height
- Weight
- Click Save.
ℹ️ Save the packages you use most often so you can select them quickly when creating a shipment.
Bulk Upload of Packages Using Excel
If you handle many different types of packages, you can import them all at once:
- Click the three dots next to the button Upload packages (xlsx).
- Download the provided template.
- Fill in all the columns and save the file.
- Click Upload packages (xlsx) and select your file.
ℹ️ This option is ideal if you handle a large volume of packages.
