Customized delivery key

Custom keys allow you to take advantage of the rates you've negotiated directly with a shipping carrier when creating shipments through Envia.com. Once you set them up, the carrier automatically recognizes you and applies your agreed-upon rates.

Why use customized keys?

• You centralize the management of your shipments without losing the benefits of your agreements.

ℹ️ Each package handles different key formats, so it is important to enter the correct information to avoid errors in the generation of guides.

Add a custom key

1. Log in to your Envia.com account
2. Go to Settings > Printing format and packaging
3. Locate the package with which you have an agreement and click on Add custom key.
4. A modal window will open with the fields required by that shipping carrier.
5. Enter the information provided by your shipping carrier.
6. Click Save.

ℹ️ Confirm with your courier that the data is valid before entering it. This will avoid rejections or errors when creating shipments.

ℹ️ Before you enter your login credentials, a message may appear with specific instructions for that shipping carrier. Read the message before continuing.

Steps to change or update keys

1. Go to Settings > Printing format and packaging
2. Find the package with the keys you want to update.
3. Click the three-dot menu ( ⋮ ) next to the custom key button.
4. Select Delete custom key and confirms the action.
5. Once it's been deleted, click Add custom key and enter the new information.

ℹ️ Update your keys if there has been a change in your agreement, you made a mistake or the parcel service requested you to do so.

It is necessary to certify and test before enabling the keys to create shipments in production. If your keys are not ready, errors may arise when creating a shipment.
