Steps to integrate my Amazon store

  1. Visit envia.com and go to Ecommerce Pro > Connect Store
  2. Click the Integrate my ecommerce button and select Amazon
  3. Enter the name of your Amazon store and the country it belongs to, then click continue.
    • Tip: If you sell in multiple countries, we recommend including the country in your store name (for example: Amazon MX, Amazon US, Amazon US). This will help you quickly identify each integration, especially when managing or troubleshooting issues.
  4. Log in to your Amazon account
  5. Accept the permissions that our application needs. Check the box and click Continue.
  6. Verify your email address registered on envia.com and click Continue.

You're done! Now your Amazon store is integrated with envia.com.

These settings are made directly from your Envia.com panel. They are essential for the integration to work properly.

Establish where your shipments leave from and what packaging you use. This is necessary for collecting and quoting.

FAQ

Do you sell in more than one country on Amazon?

Amazon operates separate websites for each country (Amazon Mexico, Amazon U.S., Amazon Spain, etc.). To view all your orders In Ecommerce Pro, you must repeat the integration process for each country where you have an active store on Amazon.

If you connect only one store, you'll see only orders from that country. Be sure to integrate the Amazon Shop corresponding to each country where you operate.
