Available features
The Orders section provides a wide range of options to manage and customize the display of your orders. These functionalities are divided into filters and advanced tools.
Filters
A wide variety of filters are designed to facilitate the search and management of your orders. These filters can be applied individually or in combination, enabling you to quickly and precisely locate specific orders, thereby optimizing your store's organization.

Searcher | Find orders by manually entering the Order Number, Tracking Number, or Order ID. | Enter “ORD123456” to locate a specific order. |
Date ranges | Filter orders within a defined time period. | Search for orders between 10/01/2024 and 10/15/2024. |
Preparation status | Filter orders based on preparation status: Not Prepared, Prepared, Partially Prepared, Other. | Select “Prepared” to view orders ready for shipment. |
Payments status | Show orders based on payment status: Paid, Pending Payment, Pending Payment – COD. | Filter by “Paid” to view settled orders. |

Advanced Tools
In addition to filters, the Orders section includes additional functionalities to simplify order management:
- Adjust visible orders quantity: Customize the number of orders displayed on screen, ideal for handling large data volumes based on your needs.
- Multiple tracking number search: Locate several orders simultaneously by entering multiple tracking numbers separated by commas.
- Bulk data modification: Update key information in batches, such as shipping origin or package details, saving time and avoiding manual errors.
How to make the most of these functionalities?
These tools are designed to simplify order management in high-volume ecommerce stores. For example:
- Control pending payments: Use the Payment Status filter to efficiently monitor orders with pending payments.
- Generate bulk shipping labels: Select your orders and click Create Labels to generate multiple shipping labels at once, saving time and effort.
- Bulk package modifications: If some orders have incorrect package dimensions, select the affected orders and use the Modify Package button to adjust this information in bulk.
