Setting up your origin location and package details accurately is crucial to ensure precise rate calculations and delivery times. This setup helps prevent errors related to weight or dimensions, streamlining your logistics process for smoother operations.

Configure Origin Locations
Add and manage multiple shipping locations from a single place to simplify warehouse management. Mark the location you use most frequently with a star (⭐).
- Go to Ecommerce Pro > Store settings
- Select your store and locate Origin Locations
- Click Add and fill in the fields
- Full name
- Company name
- Email and phone number
- Country
- Address and suite/apt number
- Zip code and city
- State and tax id
- Reference
Configure packages
Customize your packages by specifying the most frequent dimensions and weight for your shipments. Add at least one package and mark the one you use most frequently with a star (⭐).
- Go to Ecommerce Pro > Store settings
- Select your store and locate Packages
- Click Add and fill in the fields
- Name
- Content
- Unit (kg/cm or lb/in)
- Dimensions (length, width, height)
- Weight (kg/g or lb/oz)

- What if I have multiple origin locations?
You can add as many as you need. Mark the main location with a star to set it as the default.
- How many packages can I register?
You can register all the packages you need. This makes it easier to quickly select the appropriate package for each shipment.
