Request pickup

Steps to request a pickup

  1. Access envia.com
  2. Go to the section Pickup
  3. Select the option Schedule a Pickup and select the shipping guide you would like to be picked up
  4. Make sure that the Origin information is correct.
  5. Select the date of collection and enter the number of packages and the total weight.
  6. Click Request pickup

Important Information

  • When preparing your shipment through envia.com, you will find an option to schedule a pickup before generating your label.
  • The availability of this service may vary depending on the parcel service provider you choose. You may be able to select the time and day to pick up your package.
  • Some parcel service providers have the option to schedule pickup automatically.
  • If this is the case, you will see a message on the platform confirming that the collection has been scheduled automatically.
  • Avoid generating multiple pickup folios. Request only one pickup for an approximate number of packages.

FAQ

What should I do if my packages were not collected?

If for some reason the pickup does not take place, you can reschedule a new date and time on our portal. Please note that it will not automatically reschedule for the next business day, so you will need to make a pickup request.
