Request pickup

Requesting a pickup makes it easy to send your packages without leaving your home or office. From the envia.com platform you can schedule a parcel delivery service to pick up your packages on the date you choose.
Steps to request a pickup
- Log in to your Envia.com account
- Go to the Pickup and select the option Schedule a Pickup.
- Choose the waybill you wish to be collected.
- Make sure that the source address is correct.
- Indicates the date of collection, number of packages and total weight.
- Click Request pickup
Important Information
- You can schedule a pickup before generating your label from the same delivery stream.
- The availability of this service depends on the parcel provider.
- Some providers allow you to select a specific schedule.
- If the supplier automatically schedules collection, If you click on the button, you will see a confirmation message on the screen.
- Do not generate multiple pickup folios for the same shipment. Request only one pickup per group of packages.
Collection Fees
ℹ️ In most countries there is no charge for requesting a pickup.

FAQ
What should I do if my packages were not collected?
If for some reason the pickup does not take place, you can reschedule a new date and time on our portal. Please note that it will not automatically reschedule for the next business day, so you will need to make a pickup request.
