Improvements in Ecommerce Pro
Split your orders into multiple packages
Now you can divide orders with multiple products into separate packages—ideal for items of different sizes that need to be shipped separately.
Link your shipment to an order
Manage your orders manually by linking existing shipping labels with ease.
- In Ecommerce Pro, go to Orders
- Click on the three dots in View Order and select Link Shipment to Order
- Attach your existing label and confirm
Your order will be automatically marked as completed.

Automatic refunds for unused shipping labels
Shipping labels created but not used within 60 days will be automatically canceled and refunded to your account. You will receive daily notifications about canceled labels.
