    Envia's API allows developers to integrate shipping functionality directly into their platforms, online stores or internal systems. Below, we answer the most common questions about its operation, capabilities and costs.

    Is an API available for the development of custom integrations?
    Yes, you can access the Envia.com API to integrate shipments into your own applications or systems.

    Does the API support returns management?
    Yes, through the API it is possible to generate guides for returns, facilitating reverse logistics from your own system.

    Is it possible to freely select the parcel for each shipment?
    Yes, the API allows you to choose the package you prefer for each shipment, providing total flexibility according to your needs.

    Is it possible to print waybills?
    Yes, once a guide is generated with the API, you get a PDF file via a URL, which you can easily download and print.

    Does the API offer options to generate shipment reports?
    No. Currently, report generation must be done directly from the Envia.com platform. This function is not available through the API.

    What is the cost associated with using the API?
    There is no additional cost for using the API. You only pay the corresponding cost for each generated guide, with no extra fees for the integration.
