Automatic label generation
Automatic label generation is a feature that automatically creates shipping labels in Ecommerce Pro when you receive a new order from your online store, eliminating the need to create them manually.
Requirements to activate the feature
For automatic generation to work properly, you need to:
- Set a default origin address.
- Define a favorite package or enable automatic packaging.
- Enable checkout (if your e-commerce platform allows it) or set up automatic shipping rules.
Steps to activate the feature
- Go to the Ecommerce Pro > Store settings.
- Select your store and click Settings.
- Enable the Automatic label creation section.
- Verify that you meet all the requirements mentioned above.
Exceptions: Cases where it won’t work
Automatic label generation will not be available in the following cases:
- International shipments (require manual processing and validations)
- Orders with fulfillment or canceled status
- Shipments to Brazil (due to invoice requirements)
- Orders with customized products
- Orders with multiple origins
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
- Unpaid orders
- Orders created more than 7 days ago
Important Note: For automatic label creation to work, the order must be paid before it is received. This does not apply to later updates.

What happens if I enable the feature and my orders are not created automatically?
Verify that you meet all the requirements and that the order does not fall into any of the exceptions mentioned above.
What happens if I enable the feature and do not have funds in my account?
Labels will not be generated automatically if you do not have sufficient funds. Make sure to keep a balance in your account.
