Automatic Package is an advanced tool that automatically assigns the right package to your orders, thus optimizing your shipping process. This feature is efficient and adapts to the characteristics and specifications of your orders, guaranteeing a safe and economical shipping process.
Suggestions
- Add all your packages in the configuration of your store so that the Intelligent Package has the essential information it requires to operate effectively.
- Designate a package as default (⭐). This will be automatically chosen when there is no more suitable option available.
- Indicate the precise dimensions of each of your products so that the Intelligent Package can select the most appropriate package. See how to configure your products.
Considerations
- The Automatic Package selects the appropriate package for your products considering their dimensions and weight. If a product does not have dimensions but does have weight, then the Volumetric Weight and the Real Weight are compared, and the assignment is based on the higher value.
As for how this is shown in your order;
- If the Automatic Package is activated and your order contains only one product, the name of that product is displayed.
- If the order contains more than one different product, it will be displayed as Multiproducts. If the order contains more than one of the same product, it will be shown as Default.
- If the Automatic Package is not activated, the name of the package you have assigned is displayed.
