Automatic Package

The Automatic Package es una herramienta avanzada que asigna automáticamente el paquete adecuado a tus pedidos, optimizando así tu proceso de envío.

This feature is perfect for maximizing available space and minimizing costs, adapting to the characteristics of each product.

How does it work?

• Selects suitable packaging based on the dimensions and weight of your products.
• If a product has weight but no dimensions, it compares the Volumetric Weight with the Actual Weight and selects the package based on the larger value.
• Organizes products; in Version 1, products are stacked on top of each other, or in Version 2, products are arranged inside the package to choose the one with the smallest volume.

Automatic package configuration

1. Define product dimensions and weight. Provide the exact dimensions and weights of each product so the system can choose the ideal package.
   • If you're unsure how to configure your product dimensions, check our product configuration.
2. Register your packages. Add all your available packages in your store's settings. This ensures that the Automatic Package feature has options to assign appropriately.
3. Set a default package. Designate a primary package (⭐) to be used when no better option is available.

Steps to enable Automatic Package

1. Go to the Ecommerce Pro > Store settings
2. Select your store and click Settings
3. In Automatic Package enable the switch
4. Choose the version you wish to use (click on Perfom test to see how the package would be assigned).
   • Version 1. Stack the products on top of each other and select or recommend a suitable package.
   • Version 2. Arrange the products inside the package and select the one with the smallest volume or recommend one.

Important features

• Automatic Recommendation. If you don’t have registered packages, the system will recommend an appropriate one.
• Default Package Usage. If no specific package is found, the default one will be used.
• For orders with multiple products:
  • If different, it will appear as Multiproducts
  • If the same, it will appear as Default
