What are billing?

Billing are documents that detail the products or services that have been sold, along with their prices, quantities and other relevant details. They serve as proof of the transaction between the seller and the buyer. In addition, invoices issued by envia.com are official and valid with the tax authorities.

It is important to mention that the invoice is based on the amount you recharged, not on the shipments made.

Steps to enter billing information

1. Access envia.com and go to Settings > My company
2. Locate the Billing
3. Select the Update
4. Click on Add New Customer+ and fill in the information requested: Customer Information and Billing Address.
5. Click Add.

In order to enter your billing information, you need to make a recharge. The first billing must be done manually due to this requirement.

Las facturas solo podrán ser solicitadas durante el mes de la recarga; posteriormente no será posible, ya que después de ese periodo la factura se emite como transacción a Público en general.

Automatic Billing

Every time you recharge credit on our platform, an billing is automatically generated.

Steps to activate automatic invoicing

1. Login to our platform.
2. Go to the My company.
3. Look for the Billing y actívala.

By following these steps, you can automate the billing of your payments. And also remember to keep your billing information up to date.

Steps to download invoices

If you need to download any of your invoices again, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Login to our platform.
2. Go to the Billing & Payments.
3. Select the invoice you want to download.

Additional suggestions

Add multiple billing information: You can add multiple billing information. It is recommended to disable automatic billing for this situation, so you can manually select which information you want the invoice to be made with. Otherwise, the system will automatically invoice with the default information.
