Steps to create a shipment

1. Go to envia.com and click on Create shipment.
2. Enter the origin and destination addresses.
3. Provide the package details. Be sure to measure correctly to avoid overweight charges.
4. Click the quote button and select your preferred carrier.
5. If you want a home collection, select schedule a pickup. There are parcel companies that offer automatic collection. Otherwise, you must take the package to the nearest branch.
6. Check that your information is correct and click on generate shipment.
7. Upload your shipping information in case of an incident, we will need it to escalate the case with the carrier.

Recommendations

• Document and photograph the measurements and weight of the package for possible refunds due to overweight.
• Photograph the packages before shipping to be sure in case of damage.
• If you insure the package, indicate the value of the product.
• The shipping cost is calculated by the higher of the volumetric and actual weight.
• When filling in shipping information. Avoid using special characters.
