Connect your Jumpseller store to Envia.com

  1. Visit envia.com and go to Ecommerce Pro > Connect Store
  2. Click the Integrate my ecommerce button and select Jumpseller
  3. Add the URL and the name of your Jumpseller store. Then select Continue
  4. Login to your Jumpseller account and click on Authorize
  5. Verify your email address registered on envia.com and click Continue.

You're done! Now your Jumpseller store is integrated with Envia.com.

Recommendations for effective use

  • It is important to set your default address in Jumpseller. Without a correct origin address, shipping costs will not be calculated properly. The address you have set up must be the same as the one you added on envia.com.

If you have not configured this address, refer to the Jumpseller Help Center.

  • Make sure the automatic calculator is enabled by following these steps:
    • Log in to your Jumpseller dashboard, go to Checkout Processes button and select shipping prices..
    • Choose Envia.com Checkout Service as the shipping option that will be shown to your customers and click Fetch Services.
    • In Services, you will see a list of all available parcel services. Simply select the desired services from the packages you previously selected on envia.com and click save.

FAQ

Why doesn't the Jumpseller quotation tool work?

If the Jumpseller rate calculator is not functioning correctly, it may be due to inactive necessary services. To resolve this issue and ensure proper integration of external shipping methods, follow these steps:

  1. Add a callback URL to retrieve shipping rates from your rate aggregator and another URL to obtain a list of available services for use in your Jumpseller store.
  2. Click the Fetch Services to receive the list of available services. Make sure to activate the desired services in your store for the rate calculator to work correctly.
