Placement of printed labels
Table of contents
To ensure fast and error-free shipping service, it is essential to place a label or sheet with the following information on your merchandise:
Sender’s customer information
- Name
 - Address (street, neighborhood, postal code)
 - Weights and measurements
 - References

Recipient information
- Name or company
 - Destination city
 - Address (street, neighborhood, postal code)
 - Phone

It is advisable to include copies and supporting invoices in your shipments or, at the very least, with one part of your merchandise.
Placement instructions
- Print the label, ensuring it is clear and legible.
 - Place the label in a plastic sleeve or adhesive pouch.
 - If using a sleeve, attach it to the outside of the package. If not using a sleeve, stick the label directly onto the package.
 - Ensure the edges are securely adhered using tape if not using a sleeve.
 - Verify that the label is facing up and visible.

Correct label placement
Incorrect label placement
Covered label

A label that is partially covered by tape makes it difficult to read.
Label on two sides

Placing the label on two sides of the box can cause confusion.
Wrinkled label

A label that is folded or wrinkled prevents the information from being visible.
