If your merchandise suffers theft, damage or an accident during transport, it is important to act immediately to protect your cargo and activate the insurance correctly.
What is a claim?
A loss is an unexpected event that causes loss, damage or theft during the transportation of your goods. If you have taken out insurance on your FTL shipment, this type of incident triggers the insurance claim process.
