Assign a new account owner
If you need to change the primary person responsible for your account, you can do it yourself from the users panel. This action assigns another person full control of the account, including settings, payments, access, and security.
Ideal for internal changes, staff departures, or role restructuring.
What happens when you transfer ownership?
Section titled “What happens when you transfer ownership?”When you complete the transfer, the user you choose becomes the new Super Admin of the account. You, as the current owner, keep access but with a different role that you must choose during the process: Admin, Sales, Support, or Customer.
Steps to transfer ownership

Sign in to your Envia.com account

In the right-side menu, click Settings > Users

Create a new user or choose an existing one.

Click the three dots next to the user.

Select Transfer company.

Choose the role your account will have after the transfer: Admin, Sales, Support, or Customer.

Click Save to confirm.
Conditions to transfer
Section titled “Conditions to transfer”Before you start, verify that these conditions are met:

| The destination user must be active | You cannot transfer to inactive users or users with a declined invitation |
| You cannot transfer the account to yourself | The destination user must be different from the current owner |
| Only the Super Admin can transfer | Other roles do not have access to this option |
Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Can I transfer ownership to a user I just created? Yes, as long as the user has accepted the invitation and their account is active. If the invitation is pending or was declined, the transfer option will not appear.
What role do I keep after transferring? You choose your new role during the process: Admin, Sales, Support, or Customer. Make sure you select the one that matches your future responsibilities on the account.
Can the new owner transfer the account back to me? Yes. The new Super Admin can start a new transfer to any active user on the account, including you.
