Request payment of commissions

Requesting the payment of your commissions is a quick and easy process within the Partners portal. This functionality allows you to keep a transparent control of your income and receive a detailed report for the requested period.

Steps to apply for payment

  1. Log in to your Envia Partner account.
  2. In the main menu, click Support.
  3. Select the option Support contact. This will open a new tab with a form.
  4. In the form, select the type of request:
    • Commission payment report request.
  5. Complete the required data:
    • Your Partner ID
    • The commission period you wish to apply for
  6. Click on Submit to send the application.

ℹ️ Once the application is submitted, our Partners team will review the information and get back to you with a full report and next steps.
