Request payment of commissions

Requesting the payment of your commissions is a quick and easy process within the Partners portal. This functionality allows you to keep a transparent control of your income and receive a detailed report for the requested period.
Steps to apply for payment
- Log in to your Envia Partner account.
- In the main menu, click Support.
- Select the option Support contact. This will open a new tab with a form.
- In the form, select the type of request:
- Commission payment report request.
- Complete the required data:
- Your Partner ID
- The commission period you wish to apply for
- Click on Submit to send the application.
ℹ️ Once the application is submitted, our Partners team will review the information and get back to you with a full report and next steps.
