Steps to integrate Salesforce

  1. Visit envia.com and go to Ecommerce Pro > Connect Store
  2. Click the Integrate my ecommerce button and select Salesforce.
  3. Enter the name of your Salesforce store and the country it belongs to, then click continue.
  4. Accept the permissions that our application needs. Click Permitir.
  5. Once the connection is authorized, you will be redirected to envia.com . If this does not happen, click on the link that appears on your screen.
  6. Verify your email address registered on envia.com and click Continue.

You are done! Your Salesforce store is now integrated with envia.com.

Store settings

Configure your store settings correctly to ensure a smooth shipping process.

  1. Configure your Origin Location
    • Make sure you have your shipping address correct to facilitate the delivery of your orders.
  2. Manage your packages
    • Administer and define the packages you commonly use to optimize shipping.
  3. Sync your products
    • Make sure all product information (weight, dimensions, etc.) is updated and accurate on both platforms.
