Steps to integrate Salesforce
- Visit envia.com and go to Ecommerce Pro > Connect Store
- Click the Integrate my ecommerce button and select Salesforce.
- Enter the name of your Salesforce store and the country it belongs to, then click continue.
- Accept the permissions that our application needs. Click Permitir.
- Once the connection is authorized, you will be redirected to envia.com . If this does not happen, click on the link that appears on your screen.
- Verify your email address registered on envia.com and click Continue.
You are done! Your Salesforce store is now integrated with envia.com.
Store settings
Configure your store settings correctly to ensure a smooth shipping process.
- Configure your Origin Location
- Make sure you have your shipping address correct to facilitate the delivery of your orders.
- Manage your packages
- Administer and define the packages you commonly use to optimize shipping.
- Sync your products
- Make sure all product information (weight, dimensions, etc.) is updated and accurate on both platforms.
