Steps to integrate your Tiendanube

  1. Visit envia.com and go to Ecommerce Pro > Connect Store
  2. Click Integrate my ecommerce, select Tiendanube 
  3. Enter the URL of your Tiendanube and click continue.
  4. Accept the permissions that our application needs. Click on the Next and then click Accept button
  5. Verify your email address registered on envia.com and click Continue.

You're done! Now your Tiendanube is integrated with envia.com.

Configure your store settings correctly to ensure a smooth shipping process. See the settings you need to apply to your store.

  1. Configure your Origin Location
    • Make sure you have your shipping address correct to facilitate the delivery of your orders.
  2. Manage your packages
    • Manage the packages you use to optimize shipping.
  3. Activate the checkout feature
    • Activate the checkout option so that your customers can automatically calculate shipping rates.

Note. With Tiendanube's "Freemium" plan, you only have the option to choose a package for Mexico.

How to set up international shipping in your Tiendanube store?

  1. To set up international shipping in your Tiendanube store, start by selecting a shipping carrier in the automatic rate calculator (checkout) that offers international coverage from the Ecommerce Pro settings.
  2. Next, in your Tiendanube admin panel, add the destination countries where you want to ship your products. You can find detailed steps for this setup in the Tiendanube Help Center.

It's important that the currency of the selected countries matches your store's native currency, as Tiendanube currently does not support currency changes within the platform.
