Update store permissions

Permissions are authorizations that allow a secure connection between Envia.com and your ecommerce platform. Keeping these permissions updated ensures the proper functioning of the integration and prevents potential errors in shipment processing.

When to update permissions

You should update your store's permissions in the following cases:

  • If you experience connection issues between Envia.com and your ecommerce platform.
  • When the platform performs security updates.
  • When orders are not updating.
  • When products are not syncing.
  • When requested by your account manager.

Steps to update permissions

  1. Go to Ecommerce Pro and click on Store Settings.
  2. Select your store and click on Settings.
  3. In the upper right corner, click the Update Permissions button.
  4. Follow the process required by your ecommerce platform.

Once completed, the message Store already installed, should appear, confirming that the permissions were successfully updated.
