- You will receive a notice 5 days before your credit line expires

Automatic Package
We have improved the Automatic Package with a new version that includes:
- The ability to run a test to check how the package will be assigned based on the selected products
- Greater accuracy and efficiency in package selection

Automatic declared value in your shipments
The value of your products is automatically calculated during checkout, avoiding additional costs and discrepancies in shipping. This feature is applied simply and efficiently, ensuring the correct value is recorded.
Shipping Mode (ME1)
Now you can ship large or heavy products with ME1, which offers automatic cost and delivery time calculations. It requires having ME2 active and the collaboration of a Commercial Advisor for activation.

Paquetexpress Services
Now you have access to two new options with Paquetexpress:
- Home Delivery - Branch Pickup: Send packages from your home and deliver them to a branch
- Branch Pickup - Home Delivery: Pick up from a branch and deliver to a home address
Choose the branch that suits you best and receive instant updated quotes.
DHL Pickup Service
Pick up your packages at the DHL branch of your choice, with prices that automatically update based on the branch you choose.
- Check available DHL branches in your area
- Select your preferred pickup location
- Complete the details of your shipment
International Shipping with UPS Italy 🇮🇹
Tendencys now offers international shipping through UPS Italy, including:
- UPS Standard: Economical.
- Express Saver: Guaranteed delivery.
- UPS Express: Urgent shipping.
It also includes package insurance, cash on delivery, and coverage in Italy and international destinations.
Steps to generate your shipment:
- Select UPS as the carrier.
- Choose Standard, Express Saver, or Express.
- Add insurance or cash on delivery (optional).
- Generate your shipping label.
Platform Updates
We improved the “Overweight” section
Now you can view in detail both individual shipments and multipack shipments, with the declared value by the customer and the weight reported by the carrier, including the corresponding charges. Additionally, you can easily report any irregularities.

Custom emails for your shipments
The functionality of custom emails for shipments has been improved. Automate and personalize the status notifications of your shipments, providing a better experience for your customers and reinforcing your brand identity.
Update of pickup status in Mexico
Pickup status updates in Mexico are now automatic and accurate, based on shipping dates. The available statuses are:
- Created: The pickup was successfully created.
- Pending: Pickup day, waiting to be collected.
- Completed: Successful pickup.
- Failed: Day after the scheduled pickup.
Updates may take up to 1 hour and depend on the information provided by the carrier.
To check your status, log into your account, go to Pickups and check the Status column.
