Automated shipping rules

In Ecommerce Pro, you can set up shipping rules so that your orders are automatically calculated based on price, product type or a flat rate.

Just note that if you want to set up more specific rules, such as by shipping zone, this option is only available for domestic shipments.

Steps for setting up a sending rule

  1. Access envia.com and go to Ecommerce Pro > Store settings
  2. Identify your integrated store and click on Settings
  3. In Automated shipping rules and click Add to set up the shipping rule and fill in the required fields.
    • Name. Add a name to your rule to easily identify it. This will not be visible to your customers.
    • Origen. Select the country from which the shipment will be sent and specify whether it is a domestic or international shipment.
    • Shipping Rule. Condition the type of order to which you wish to apply the rule.
    • Services. Choose up to 3 courier services of your preference
  4. Click save

Fixed rule

The fixed rule allows you to configure the shipping services according to two priority criteria:

  • Price priority: Gives preference to the cheapest shipping service among those selected, maximising shipping cost efficiency.
  • Assigned priority order: Prioritises the shipping services according to the order you define, giving preference to the first service selected and, failing that, to the following services in the same order.

Rule based on price

Courier services are chosen based on the total price of the order.

Weight-based rule

Courier services are chosen based on the total weight of the order.

Rule based on products

Courier services are selected based on the products in the order, prioritizing the most valuable product.
