Steps to integrate your Ecwid store

  1. Visit envia.com and go to Ecommerce Pro > Connect Store
  2. Click the Integrate my ecommerce button and select Ecwid
  3. Add the URL of your Ecwid store and click Continue.
  4. Accept the permissions that our application needs. Click on the Accept button
  5. Verify your email address registered on envia.com and click Continue

You're done! Now your Ecwid store is integrated with envia.com.

Store settings

Configure your store settings correctly to ensure a smooth shipping process. See the settings you need to apply to your store.

  1. Configure your Origin Location
    • Make sure you have your shipping address correct to facilitate the delivery of your orders.
  2. Manage your packages
    • Manage the packages you use to optimize shipping.
  3. Activate the checkout feature
    • Activate the checkout option so that your customers can automatically calculate shipping rates.

  • Have a Venture or Superior plan
  • Verify that the shipping option is active. To do this, go to the Ecwid administrator and select Shipping and collection.
    • On the same page, scroll down to the Settingssection. If you have not yet registered your home address, you need to set it up.
