Send and pick up packages from branches

An ocurre shipment is when a delivery is made or a package is sent. This process may involve preparing the package, choosing a shipping method, tracking the package until it reaches its destination, and confirming delivery.

Steps to create a shipment

1. Access envia.com > Create shipment
2. Enter the origin and destination addresses
3. Click on quote and search for the branch- indication. You can use the filter to make your search easier.
   • Depending on the services, we have home to branch, branch to branch and branch to home options.
4. Before creating the label, you will be shown a map with all the branches. Select the one you prefer and create the guide.
5. For future shipments, if you send from the same origin or destination, the last used branch will be automatically preselected.
6. Activate WhatsApp notifications for your customer to receive branch details, including address and a link to view it on their map application.

What do I need to pick up my package at the branch?

To pick up your package at the branch, you need to meet two criteria:

• Official identification (INE, IFE or passport).
• Package tracking number.
