Steps to integrate my Mercado Libre store

1. Visit envia.com and go to Ecommerce Pro > Connect Store
2. Click Integrate my ecommerce button and select Mercado Libre.
3. Enter the name of your Mercado Libre store and the country to which it belongs, then click continue.
4. Accept the permissions that our application needs. Check the box and click Continue.
5. Authorise our Envia Shipping application to connect to your Mercado Libre shop by clicking the Authorize this application button.
6. Once the connection is authorized, you will be redirected to envia.com. If this does not happen, click on the link that will appear on the screen.
7. Verify your email address registered on envia.com and click Continue.

Done! Your Mercado Libre store is now integrated with Envia.com.

Shipping Market (ME1)

What is ME1?

Mercado Envíos 1 (ME1) is the perfect solution if you sell large or heavy products in Mercado Libre. With this modality, you can manage your own logistics or use third-party services to ship products that are not eligible for Mercado Envíos 2 (ME2).

With ME1, your buyers can see costs, delivery times and coverage clearly directly at the checkout.

It is recommended to register dimensions accurately to avoid potential issues.

ME1 Activation Process

Activating ME1 requires collaboration with the seller’s Sales Advisor or Key Account Manager (KAM). Follow these steps to activate ME1:

1. Complete the Contingency Table: Define shipping costs for ME1 and specify the geographic regions where you plan to ship.
2. Request activation: Once the table is completed, request the activation of ME1 to your commercial advisor. It is important that when making this request you indicate that the dynamic freight integrator is Envia Shipping (not Envia.com) to avoid registration errors.
3. Submit Request: The advisor will send the activation request to the internal team, which may take approximately 7 business days from the request date.
4. Notify also to your Envia.com executive, to start the approval process.
5. Tracking: After this time, check the status of your request to confirm that ME1 is active.

Important Notes

• Sales Advisor Required

To activate ME1, it is necessary to have the support of a Mercado Libre Commercial Advisor. If you have not yet been assigned one, we recommend you contact Mercado Libre's support team for assistance.

• Condition for Activating ME1

You must have the ME2 modality active on your account to enable ME1. Both must be active, but ME2 will always be your preferred shipping option.

Download Contingency Table

The contingency table is a document you need to activate ME1 on Mercado Libre, showing Paquetexpress costs and delivery times by zip code and weight.

Steps to download the contingency table

1. Go to Ecommerce Pro > Store settings

2. Select your Mercado Libre store

3. Click on the button Contingency Table button

4. Enter your zip code of origin and click on Download

5. You will receive an excel file with all the costs and delivery times according to the different coverage areas.
