If you have received cash on delivery (COD) payments and want to transfer that money to your bank account, follow these simple steps to withdraw funds from Ecart Pay. Please note that you can request a withdrawal once every 24 hours.
How to withdraw cash on delivery
To withdraw your COD funds from Ecart Pay, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account Ecart Pay.
- Go to the Withdrawals button and select Create retreat.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw and click Continue.
- Enter your password to confirm the request and click the Accept button.
Important information by country
Mexico
- Requests can be made once every 24 hours and are reviewed on Tuesdays and Fridays at 9:30 am (Mexico time).
Colombia
- Requests must be submitted the day before to be processed on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- You must send your bank certification to facturacion.co@envia.com.
- The payment will be reflected in your account between 24 and 48 hours, according to the interbank transfer time policies of your financial institution.

Are there withdrawal fees?
- México: No, there are no withdrawal fees. Fees are applied before the money is credited to your Ecart Pay account.
- Colombia: There are no fees, but a transaction fee of $3,500 COP applies as an interbank transfer cost.

- Colombia: A transaction fee of$3,500 COPwill be deducted, so you can withdraw the available balance in your account minus this cost. The maximum withdrawal amount is the total available balance in your account, minus this fee.
