Activate international shipments

Before you can ship abroad with Envia.com, you need to activate the option of International shipments in your profile. This will allow you to:
- Access international parcels directly from the platform.
- Quote and compare rates for different countries.
- Automatically generate the documents required by customs.
ℹ️ Your account must be verified in order to activate international shipments. If it is not already verified, please first complete the process of verification of your account.
Activate international shipments
1. Login to Envia.com
2. In the side menu, go to Settings button and select My company.

3. Activate the option International shipments.

Important Notes
- In order to enable this feature, your account must be verified.
- If it is not already done, complete the process of verifying your company's identity and data in the settings section.
- Check that your company information and your RFC/TAX ID are correct, because they are used later in the customs documents.
- Verify that the fiscal data of your account match the official ones; this way you will avoid problems in the generation of commercial invoices.
