Tracking your shipments is essential to keep you informed about the progress of your packages and ensure that they arrive at their destination without problems. Knowing these statuses will allow you to anticipate any possible problems and take the necessary measures if necessary.
The next table details the different shipping statuses you may encounter when tracking your orders. Each status provides information on the progress of your shipments.
Status | Description |
---|---|
1st delivery attempt | The first delivery attempt has been made. |
1st collection attempt | The first collection attempt has been made. |
2nd delivery attempt | The second delivery attempt has been made. |
3rd delivery attempt | The third delivery attempt has been made. |
Canceled | The order has been cancelled. |
Created | The order has been created, but not shipped. |
Damaged | The order is damaged. |
Returned | The order has been returned. |
On track for delivery | The order is on its way for delivery. |
On the way to pick up | The order is on its way to be picked up. |
Delivered | The order has been successfully delivered. |
Delivered at origin | The order has been delivered at origin. |
Sent to | The order has been shipped. |
Address error | Error in the address provided. |
Information | Status information available. |
N/A | The status of your shipment is about to be updated, please check back later. |
Undeliverable | Unable to deliver the order. |
Pending | The order is pending processing. |
Lost | The order has been lost. |
Return problem | Problem with the return process. |
Pick up at the office | The order is available for pick up at the office. |
Collected | The order has been picked up. |
Redirected to | The order has been redirected to a new address. |
Rejected | The request has been rejected. |
Delayed | The delivery of the order is delayed. |
