Link shipment to order

Linking allows you to relate an already generated shipment to an order in your Ecommerce Pro store. This feature is useful when for some reason the shipment was not generated directly from the order, or when you need to associate it manually to keep the complete history in one place.

When to apply this option?

  • When the shipment was generated from another platform or manually.
  • If you forgot to link the waybill when creating the shipment.
  • When you need to consult order information but do not have the tracking number.

Steps to link a shipment to an order

1. Login to Envia.com

2. Go to Ecommerce Pro > Orders

3. Click on More Actions in the Send column.

4. Select Link shipment to order.

5. In the search field, type the recipient's name or address.

6. Select the correct shipment and click on Save.
