Operation and certificates
The Operation and certificates allows you to register the operational capacity of your company: number of drivers, type of licenses, available units and certifications.
Complete this information correctly so that the Envia team can validate your company's capacity and reliability before assigning loads to you.
Operation and Certificates Section
1. From the left side menu, select Operation

2. In this screen you will find the sections:
- Drivers and licenses
- Operating units
- Certificates available

Record the number of drivers
Indicate how many active drivers your company has by license type.

| Field | Description | What to enter |
|---|---|---|
| CDL Solos | U.S. commercially licensed drivers operating alone. | Number of operators with active CDL license. |
| CDL Teams | CDL drivers operating in teams. | Number of active CDL teams. |
| B1 Solos | Mexican drivers with B1 visa operating individually. | Number of operators with active B1 visa. |
| B1 Teams | Drivers with a B1 visa operating in pairs. | Number of active B1 teams. |
Record the number of units by type of license.
Indicate how many units your company has registered under national and international licenses.

| Field | Description | What to enter |
|---|---|---|
| US-only licensed | U.S.-only licensed units. | Total quantity with American license only. |
| US licensed | Units also permitted to operate in the USA. | Number of units with international license. |
| MX International licensed | Mexican units with international permits. | Quantity authorized for border crossing. |
| MX border licensed | They operate only in border areas. | Total units with border license. |
Select your company's certificates
Select the certificates or accreditations that your company holds. These support your compliance with safety, quality or environmental standards.

| Certificate | Description |
|---|---|
| ISO 9001:2015 | Certifies the quality management of the company's processes. |
| C-TPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) | Accredits compliance with security measures in international trade. |
| HazMat | Authorizes the handling and transportation of hazardous materials. |
| SCT Federal Authorized Transportation | Indicates authorization from the Ministry of Communications and Transportation. |
| AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) | Recognition by SAT and Mexican Customs. |
