Delivery confirmation by WhatsApp

Having a clear confirmation that your package was received can make all the difference in a sale. By activating Delivery Confirmation notifications via WhatsApp, your customers can confirm or reject the delivery of the package at the touch of a button from their cell phone. This allows you to have additional proof in your shipping history and more easily resolve any complaints or doubts.

Activate notifications

Log in to your Envia.com account.

Go to Buyer Experience > Notifications.

3. Search for the option "Get delivery confirmation from your customer via WhatsApp as soon as they receive the package." and check the box.

4. Activate notifications to start sending automatically when a shipment is marked as delivered.

The confirmation of delivery will be recorded in the section My Shipments. This provides greater visibility and support in the event of any inconvenience.

FAQ

Can I deactivate this option if I no longer want to use it?

Yes, you can go back into Notifications and uncheck the box at any time.


Is there any additional cost?

No. This functionality has no additional cost for you or your customers.
