Register additional units and services

In this section you must register all the transport units with which your company operates, indicating their type, quantity and the additional services you can offer.

Completing this information is essential for the system to know about your transport capacity, and can assign you loads that fit your vehicles and the conditions you offer.

• Allows you to define which types of units are available for operation.
• Improved automatic assignment of loads according to capacity and unit type.
• Inform customers about additional services you can offer (e.g. pick-up by appointment, insurance, maneuvers, etc.).

Access the Units section

1. From the left side menu, select Units

You will see two main sections

• Units available
• Additional Services

Records available units

In the first section you will see a list of the types of units available within the platform.

You must indicate how many you currently have in operation for each type.

Tortón	Medium capacity rigid truck.	How many tortones do you have.

Refrigerated 48’ or 53’	For temperature-controlled loading.	Number of refrigerated trailers.
Flat platform	Transport of machinery or oversized cargo.	Total operating.
Low Boy / Cama baja	For heavy machinery.	Active quantity.
Domestic/international dry box	Difference according to the route.	Quantity per type.

Add additional services available

In the second section you can activate the additional services your company offers.

These services add value to your operations and allow you to stand out to customers.

Service	Description	What to do
Collection by appointment	Previous coordination for defined schedules.	Check the box if applicable.
Delivery by appointment	Scheduled delivery with the customer.	Select if you offer this service.
Insurance	Additional cargo insurance.	Activate if you have extra coverage.
Loading and unloading maneuvers	Support with personnel or equipment for loading.	Check if available.
Stay at destination	Possibility of leaving unit at destination.	Select if applicable.
Bands, rails and accessories	Internal equipment for cargo security.	Activate if your units have it.
Additional personnel service	Assistants or extra personnel on route.	Mark if included.
Fumigation certificate	For export or food.	Activate if you have this certificate.

Only activate services that you can actually fulfill; this helps to maintain accuracy in load requests.
