Steps to integrate my Vtex store
- Login to Vtex Admin
- The process must be done with the superadmin user of the Vtex account.
- Generate a custom key
- Click on your User in the top right corner.
- Select Account settings and then click Application keys
- Click Manage my keys and then click Generate new key
- In the Label field, type envia.com and click Add roles
- Select the superadmin, click Add rol and then the Generate
- Copy the Application key and the Application token and save them in a notepad (these will be useful in step 5).
- At the time of integration, access roles are requested. You need to grant full access or access to the OMS and Logistics roles.
- The requested URL is that of the store.
- Access envia.com
- Go to the Ecommerce Pro > Connect Store section.
- Start the integration
- Click the Integrate my ecommerce button and select Vtex.
- Enter the URL of your Vtex store and click continue.
- Enter the access keys generated in step 2.
- Enter the Application key at App Key
- Enter the Application token at App Token
- Enter the Name of Vtex store in Account Name and click on Create
- Verify your email address
- Verify your email address registered on envia.com and click Continue.
You are done! Your Vtex store is now integrated with envia.com.
Set up your store on Envia.com
These settings are made directly from your Envia.com panel. They are essential for the integration to work properly.
Source address and packages
Establish where your shipments leave from and what packaging you use. This is necessary for collecting and quoting.
Products
Define the weight and size of each product. This way the system calculates the rates and selects the ideal package.
Automatic package
The system chooses the most suitable packaging for each order without you having to do it manually.
Automatic sending rules
Configure shipping rules that allow you to automatically calculate shipping costs for your orders.
