Ensure the accuracy of your shipments
Make sure the dimensions, weight and details of your products are set up correctly. This ensures accurate shipping rate calculations and expedites shipments, especially international shipments. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you could have problems with erroneous rates.
Steps to synchronize products
- Ve a envia.com y dirígete a Ecommerce Pro > Products.
- Click the Synchronize button. This process searches for and stores your product information. Depending on the number of products, it may take a few minutes.
- Once completed, you'll see your products in the table with their relevant information, such as name, SKU, dimensions, and whether they have variants.
- Add additional packages for bundled or promotional products that require more than one package. You only need to specify the number of extra packages you want (up to a maximum of 10) when placing your order.
- When you receive an order, the system will automatically add the additional packages you've selected.
- If some fields are empty or products don't synchronize correctly, you can make modifications in bulk or individually

Update product dimensions
Keeping your product dimensions up to date is important so that the correct dimensions can be automatically assigned to your packages.
- Click on the dimensions column of the products you want to update.
- Edit the information as appropriate:
- Products without variants: Edit each product individually.
- Products with variants: You'll see a Multiple dimensionsmessage, as variants may have different sizes. When selected, an individual form will be displayed where you can add or modify the dimensions of all variants.
Benefits of keeping your products up to date
- Improve the accuracy of shipping rates. This configuration will improve the accuracy of the calculated shipping rates, minimizing errors during your shipments.
