Envia Fee Billing System

Envia.com has implemented an exclusive billing system for Brazilian companies based on the Envia Fee. This system allows you to pay only for the services used, providing clear and transparent control of shipping costs and additional services.

What’s included?

• Shipments with movement: Only completed shipments are billed.
• Additional services used: Services such as SMS, WhatsApp notifications, insurance, and more.
• Overweight charges: When applicable, they are reflected in the next billing cycle.

Billing cycle

• The billing cycle is monthly and automatically closes on the last day of each month.
• Only completed shipments are billed.
• Additional services (SMS, WhatsApp) are charged even if the shipment is canceled
• Extra charges, such as overweight fees with Envia Fee, are applied in the next period, if applicable.

Steps to make your invoices

1. Go to envia.com
2. Navigate to Billing & Payments > Billing per month
3. Find the period with the status Unbilled and click the Make invoice button under Actions.
4. A message will appear Your invoice is ready. Click the Download Invoice button.
5. A ZIP file will be downloaded, containing two documents: the XML and the PDF of the debit note.

Steps to view your invoices

1. In the Billing per month
2. Click on the period of interest to see the complete breakdown of charges for your shipments by category
3. You can click the Export to CSV button for more detailed control

Billing documents

XML Notes

A digital file compatible with accounting systems that contains detailed technical information about the shipments and services billed.

Debit note

A document detailing the charges and costs associated with the services used, serving as financial support for the company. It includes:

• Issue date
• Provider and recipient details
• Link to download the official invoice
• Breakdown of shipments, services, and costs
• Intermediation costs and total billed

DACTE (Documento Auxiliar do Conhecimento de Transporte Eletrônico)

This document is available for shipments with Jadlog and Buslog. It serves as proof accompanying the shipments and contains key information for transportation.

Steps to access the DACTE:

1. Go to the My shipments
2. Under Actions, click the three dots and select Search Dacte
3. You will be redirected to the official consultation portal

Detailed breakdown of costs in the invoice

Concept	Description
Base shipping cost	The primary cost of the transportation service
Envia service fee	Commission for using the Envia platform
ISS	Service tax (2% applied to the service fee)
Additional Services	SMS, WhatsApp (charged even if the shipment is canceled)
Surcharges	Extra fees, such as overweight charges (reflected in the next cycle)

Special cases

• For Correios shipments, the base price does not include ISS or ICMS
• Insurance fees have special tax treatment
• International shipments may have additional tax considerations
