Reschedule failed collection

If a collection was not carried out, now you can reschedule it directly from the platform without the need to contact support or start the process from scratch. This saves you time, reduces errors by reusing data from the previous request and gives you more control over your shipments.
ℹ️ If the service is with Estafeta, you will be able to see the reason for the failure to easily correct it and prevent it from happening again.
Steps to reschedule
1. Log in to your Envia.com account.
Go to the section My Collections.

3. Find the shipment with failed status and click the Reschedule button.

4. A form will open with the previous data already uploaded. If the guide is still active, it is automatically selected; if not, you can enter a new one.

5. Review the data and confirm the new collection.

ℹ️ The status will change to Rescheduled once the new application has been confirmed.
