Ecommerce Pro / FAQ
Configure duties and taxes in your checkout
Import duties and taxes are charges that destination countries apply to international packages. Now you can decide who pays them in each of your connected stores, independently per store and according to the carrier you use. To use this feature you need to have at least one store connected in Ecommerce Pro and an international carrier configured.
Steps to configure it
1. Log in to your Envia.com account.
2. Go to Ecommerce Pro > Set up your account.

3. Locate the section Automatic Quotation in the Checkout of your store section and click on Edit services.

4. Choose how duties and taxes will be handled according to your carrier's available options.

5. Save the changes.
