Steps to integrate Walmart Marketplace USA

  1. Visit envia.com and go to Ecommerce Pro > Connect Store
  2. Click the Integrate my ecommerce button and select Walmart
  3. Enter your store name on Walmart and the country it belongs to, then click continue.
  4. Accept the permissions that our application needs.
  5. Verify your email address registered on envia.com and click Continue.

That's it! Your Walmart Marketplace is now integrated with envia.com.

Important: Order Management

For your Walmart orders to be enabled for guide generation in Ecommerce Pro, it is important to consider the following:

  • Order acceptance: You must accept orders from your Walmart Marketplace account. Only accepted orders (acknowledged orders) will be enabled in Ecommerce Pro.
  • On hold orders: If you have not accepted an order (unacknowledged orders), it will appear with the On hold status in the Ecommerce Pro table and will not be enabled for guide generation. These orders will remain on hold until you accept them in Walmart.
  • Status update: When you accept the order in Walmart, it will be automatically updated in Ecommerce Pro, removing the On hold status and enabling it to generate the shipping label.
