Add addresses and packages

Proper package personalization and address accuracy are essential for shipments. These details help protect the contents during transit, reduce the risk of damage, ensure timely delivery and avoid confusion that can cause delays or loss of the package.

Steps to add addresses and packages

1. Access envia.com
2. In the side menu select Settings > Addresses and packages
3. Three sections will be displayed on the page:
   • Origins
   • Destinations
   • Packages

Note. You can add as many addresses and packages as necessary. This will facilitate the management of your shipments.

Origins

To add a source address, follow these steps:

1. Click Add
2. Provides the requested information, which includes:
   • Full name
   • Phone
   • Country
   • Street and number
   • Zip code and neighborhood
   • City and state
   • Reference
3. You can add as many source addresses as you need.
4. Be sure to mark an address as the default address, as quotes will be based on this primary address.

Packages

To add the detail of your packages and speed up the shipping process, you have two options:

1. Manually

1. Click Add.
2. Complete the requested data:
   • Name
   • Content
   • Unit (kg/cm or lb/in)
   • Dimensions (length, width, height)
   • Weight (kg/g or lb/oz)

2. By means of an excel file

1. Locate the Upload packages (xlsx) button and click on the three dots
2. Download the template and complete all columns correctly
3. Once your file is complete, click on Upload packages (xlsx) and select your file
4. The packages will be added automatically.

Note. This step is recommended if you are going to upload large quantities of packages.
