Alerting a pickup
Table of contents
If you have already rescheduled a failed pickup on the platform, it is important that you also manually alert the support team. This additional step is key to ensure that the pickup goes smoothly.
ℹ️ Alerting means notifying support that the new request is ready, and sharing the necessary data so that the parcel service can pick it up on time.
When should I alert a collection?
- If you rescheduled a failed pickup manually.
- If the parcel has automatic pickup.
