Steps to change your phone number

1. Log in to your envia.com account.
2. From the left side menu, select Settings and then My company.
3. Locate and click the Modify User.
4. You will be prompted to log in again for security reasons.
5. Click Profile and then select My Profile.
6. Locate the Phone field and replace the current phone number with the new number you wish to register.
7. Click the Save button for the changes to be updated.

The new number will be verified with a code sent by SMS or WhatsApp. Enter the code received to complete the verification.

• Make sure to enter the new phone number correctly.
• The changes will be applied immediately, but we recommend that you verify that the new number is working correctly.
