Change phone number

If you need to update the phone number associated with your account, you can do so directly from your profile in just a few steps. The new number will be verified with a code to confirm that you have access to it.
Steps to change your phone number
- Log in to your envia.com account.
- From the left side menu, select Settings > My account
- In the Contact Information, locate the field Phone.
- Click the Edit.
- Select the country code and enter your new phone number.
- Save the changes.
- You will receive a verification code via SMS or WhatsApp to the new number. Enter it on the platform to complete the change.
ℹ️ Once the code has been verified, the new number will be added to your account immediately.
Important considerations
- Be sure to enter the new number correctly before saving, including the country code.
- If you don't receive the verification code, check that the number you entered is correct and try again.
- If the problem persists, contact support by submitting a ticket.
FAQ
Can I use any phone number? Yes, you can register any valid cell phone number with its corresponding country code. The number must be able to receive SMS or WhatsApp messages to complete the verification.
Will this change affect the notifications I receive? Yes. If you have notifications set up to be sent to your previous phone number, be sure to check your notification settings after the change.
Can I change my number from the mobile app? Yes, as long as the "My Account" section is available in the mobile version. The process is the same as on the web version.
